By accessing and using ZipConvert ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use the Service for personal and commercial purposes with the following restrictions:

• You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• You may not use the Service to transmit any malicious code or harmful content

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or yearly). Billing cycles are set at the beginning of your subscription and cannot be changed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new premium subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.

6. Content and Privacy

Most of our tools process data entirely in your browser. Your files and data are not uploaded to our servers unless explicitly required by a specific tool (such as server-side image processing for premium users). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZipConvert and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZipConvert, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
