NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of 2025-12-27 by and between:

Company A (“First Party”), and

Company B (“Second Party”)

1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Agreement is: Business discussions and potential partnership

2. TERM

This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of 2 years from the date first written above.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information disclosed during the term of this Agreement.
